Ms Rebecca is the Educational Leader and Service Manager at Twinkle Tots Cottage. She is a qualified Primary School Teacher, specialising in the Early Years through to 8 years of age, and is passionate about providing children with the strongest possible foundation for lifelong learning.

With over 10 years of experience in the Early Childhood Education sector, Ms Rebecca’s journey began as a trainee, where she completed her Certificate III and Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, before continuing her studies to achieve a Master of Teaching (Primary). Having progressed through every stage of the profession, she brings a wealth of practical experience and educational expertise to her leadership role.

As both the Service Manager and Educational Leader, Ms Rebecca remains actively involved on the floor each day, working alongside educators to support children’s learning while overseeing the daily operations of the service. She is committed to mentoring educators, guiding curriculum planning, and ensuring educational programs are engaging, purposeful and aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF), the National Quality Standard (NQS) and current best practice.

Ms Rebecca is passionate about fostering a nurturing environment where every child feels safe, valued and inspired to learn. She believes in the importance of building strong partnerships with families and empowering educators through ongoing mentoring, reflection and professional growth. Her leadership promotes a culture of continuous improvement, ensuring children receive high-quality, play-based learning experiences that build confidence, independence and school readiness.

Through her dedication, enthusiasm and commitment to excellence, Ms Rebecca continues to lead the Twinkle Tots team in delivering exceptional early childhood education and care while maintaining a strong presence in the classroom, supporting both children and educators every day.
